Tyler is very helpful and professional-good representative for the company- reliable, dependable, when my family was sick he helped us out with a rental and he went above and beyond to help us with a rental car! The other guy at the Barkley airport for National is just the opposite- I have waited an hour and a half for him to show up - waiting at the airport! I have called this guy to let him know the time I will be there and he is still gone. I have called Tyler on his off day asking if he knows where this guy is and Tyler can get in touch with him and he says he will be here in 15 minutes- 30 minutes later still no show. He shows up 45 minutes later! II have rented every Friday from National and more times than not it has been a long wait for this guy to show up!! AND WE DO THIS EVERY FRIDAY WITH NATIONAL AT THE AIRPORT- THE IONLY REASON WE COME BACK IS TYLER- SO now to make sure he us here on Friday is to try and get here around 4pm because a flight comes in at that time- after that is over you will not see him behind the counter no matter if you call and arrange a time with him!!!! LOTS OF LUCK WITH FRIDAY RENTALS!
Price was reasonable. The car was dirty. The gas was on below 7/8 full. I filled up about 25 miles before reaching the return location, and the tank was already at 7/8. So I then understood why it was a little low when I picked it up.
As for the cleanliness, they were wash streaks all over the vehicle. It would have looked better if they just didn't wash it. The rear seat area had crumbs all over. It obviously wasn't vacuumed since last rented.
Then, they charged me extra due to the tank level, even though I returned it with more fuel that what I started with. I am pretty sure that they would reimburse for the fuel, if they were easy enough to talk to.
We have rented a lot of cars and Tyler has gone out of his way to meet our needs every time. He chooses the best car for our trips. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
Overall good experience! service was quick and price was reasonable. Car windshield was dirty (plastered with bugs), but inside was clean. Rep was very friendly and helpful!

I could not reach the actual rental location, because the only number available is the 800 number. I don't like that. When I returned the car, no one was at the counter, because the attendant was also the car washer, and was out washing cars. So there was no one there during the normal hours to discuss these issues with.
