I have been going here for years. They have always treated me right. They are a small shop and an sometimes get very busy so dont be surprised if it takes the a few minutes to get to you. I have bought lawn equipment from them and had them do a lot of repairs for me.
Not an honest place. I wouldn't take any equipment to Heartland Outdoor Equipment. They took an extra long time to repair equipment, and then when I picked it up, guess what....the equipment wasn't even mine! They swapped equipment! Now who takes a picture of their lawn equipment before dropping off? Unbelievable. I am not a complainer and they were recommended by a friend but don't trust them! I will not take anything back to them...unless I want to "trade" it! Not sure what I can do legally but I will spread the word....don't use these crooks!
