Nice place to live
Tenants are thieves, management is harassing, rent goes up at will, ownership changes rapidly, maintenance is lacking. Sadly this is still nicer than most parks in this town.
Huh everytime it rains my uard and my house smells like sewage because the septic tank is full of water due to it pretty much reaching th surface of my yard due too lack of maintenance WICH RENT WENT UP FOR MAINTNENCE FEES and the parks refusal to fix the problem. even tho i have 3 small children in my house hold.
